As a UX Designer/Researcher for New Balance I help with planning, execution and analysis of a variety of conversion optimization and human centered design initiatives. I also helped support the development of many of the standard operational procedures along with the full UX Team. I was also responsible for the creation of the UX team's identity and internal brand. This visual style is present throughout most of the documentation used by all UX team members. Following are case study examples of a small sample of projects I participated on with the team.
